A Jewelry making journey.

I started exploring jewelry making back in 2000 after my aunt gave me a kit to make a beaded headband. It was simple enough and the materials were plastic and glass, but I was hooked. I bought books on jewelry designing and technique and invested a few hundred dollars in glass beads and supplies. My first few projects were simple gifts for friends and family and some necklaces for myself. Slowly, I started to upgrade my materials and improve my technique, I made jewelry for a few friends weddings. After college, I took some time off to get married and start a family.

It was my husband, Justin, who convinced me to "pick up my pliers" again and really pursue the jewelry making as a business. I opened my Etsy shop in 2010 and the rest is history.

Justin graduated from Drexel in 2006 with a degree in Graphic Design. We married in 2008. He designs all of my web and print materials and is responsible for my wonderful logo and brand identity. He also heads up the cheerleading squad (pictured).
